New pedals, new shoes, and a drop!

Just got back from the LBS. I wanna say "two thumbs up" to my shop, GoRide Bicycles, at Redwood City, CA. If you ever want to buy a bike and live in the peninsula Bay Area, do check them out. Bob, the owner, was really patient with me today (not that it was busy, but still!), while I tried on various shoes, and asking a bunch of silly questions. When I settled on a pair, he helped me attach the cleats, and gave this clipless pedal newbie some tips on getting in and out of my pedals. He also inverted my handlebar stem so that now I have a nice little drop on my bike. I can't wait to try out my shoes and pedals this evening.
